Outcomes

What you will learn.

Identify which parts of a growing business genuinely need a system, and which don't yet.

Turn a repeated task into a documented process a new hire could follow.

Choose tools only after the process is proven, not before.

Diagnose why a system that worked at five people is failing at fifteen.

Hand off ownership of a process without losing quality.

Avoid over-systemising a business that still needs founder judgment.

Overview

About this course.

Most small businesses run on the founder’s memory. That works until it doesn’t — until there are too many customers, too many exceptions, and too much depending on one person being available. This course is about the deliberate, unglamorous work of building the systems that let a business run without you standing over it: which processes to document first, how to hand them off without losing quality, and how to tell a genuine system problem from a hiring problem.
